Important Notices for Town Residents: Road Closure: Hwy 12 near the intersection of Alexander Road; the railroad bridge will be under construction between April 6 2026 through June 2026. Please plan accordingly.    Kinney Road I-94 underpass; the area near the underpass on Kinney Road will be closed for construction April 9 - 10, 2026. You will not be able to pass under I-94.   Dog Licenses: Attention all dog owners!  Dogs must be licensed in the Town of Hudson by March 31, 2026 or they will be assessed an additional $5 late payment fee. Go to the forms icon on the right side of the Town’s Webpage and fill out the dog license form. You can either mail it into the Town Hall or stop by in person. Thank You

  2. Discussion/action on recent staff resignations without notice and any related actions to ensure operations during transition, including temporarily hiring of interim staff and expanding duties of remaining employees/staff, to include:
  3. Discussion/action on actions taken by town chair since resignations, identifying and assigning remaining “to do” items
  4. Discussion/action on hiring Frank Pascarelli on an interim basis as acting clerk/treasurer and having him remain to train in new hires
  5. Discussion/action on changing locks, door code, and related security concerns
  6. Discussion/action on temporarily expanding duties of Scott Blank and other employees
  7. Discussion/action on expediting and commencing hiring process
